"The Man"

Fred Graber grew in a family of entrepreneurs with his dad having an electrical business until health problems forced him to choose a different career. Learning skills in multiple mechanical fields and having a strong interest in "how things work" at an early age, proved to provide the background needed to pursue a career in the Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling industries.

"The Venture"

At the End of 1993, Fred Left a fence manufacturer in Bremen Indiana, where he was in charge of production scheduling, machinery and building maintenance, to pursue new interests. In 1994 he joined a group in Louisville KY to help start up a low income housing project, Rosedale Housing, along with a companion venture Jubilee Home Repair, a home repair service for elderly and low income families. This proved to be the catalyst to permanently change the future. During the new venture in KY many new skills were developed in the Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, and Construction Trades.

"The Result"

IN 1995 a move back to Indiana brought a new job doing New Construction Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

In 1997 he earned his Master Electrician's License, began doing jobs for friends and family after work. Having a strong desire to succeed and a passion for excellence in workmanship It became apparent that the clear path to realize those options was business ownership. Soon the time seemed right and a new company was born.
